Carnival means Water and Foam fight......

so I am now in La Paz, Bolivia and it so happens that we arrived here on the first day of carnival. Basically it is a city wide party that lasted over 2 days. what is wrong with Canada that we dont ever do anything like this. so arriving here we were unaware of the intensity of carnival. we wondered on the street and get soaked with water and attacked with foam, it was pretty bad, we had no idea what was going on..... until yesterday when we got our revenge. there were 6 of us, and we managed to purchase 100 water balloons and some foam spray cans. we entered the streets and let the wars begin. It was such a good time. we got into water and foam fights we everybody including other gringos, the locals, drive-bys, store owners.. its was great. unforetuneatly there will be no pics for this, but you can only imagine. I think we must have provided a lot of entertainment because one local man enjoyed it so much he gave us some beer and welcomed us to La Paz, Bolivia. It was pretty insane. alright, so besides that, Bolivia is fantastic so far. It is incredibly cheap here. I am basically spending $10 a day which includes meals, a place to stay, and usually some drinks at the bar during the night. I dont know how it can be so cheap but I like it. We came to La Paz from Copacabana, also in Bolivia, and this place was nice. It was right on lake titicaca, which is the highest lake in the world. maybe in a couple days i can get some bolivia pics up. Well, thats all for now, I hope everyone is well.
